HBPA UPDATE

SHEDROW OF THE MONTH RETURNS TO WOODBINE AND FORT ERIE

The HBPA, along with Woodbine Entertainment and Fort Erie Racetrack, are pleased

to announce David Borsk, Sharon Ceccato and their teams as the June winners for

Shedrow of the Month.

As this month’s winners the HBPA, along with Woodbine and Fort Erie will be providing

David and Sharon with a cheque, their teams will received breakfast, and they will

have pride of place with the Shedrow of the Month sign displayed outside their barns.

Congratulations David and Sharon!

REMINDER: HBPA MONTHLY TACK SHOP DRAW FOR TRAINERS

Reminder to those Trainers who have not yet entered the HBPA monthly draw for June

to win 1 of 2 $500 gift cards to the tack shop of your choosing, you have until Monday

June 15th to enter for June.

To enter, Trainers must contact their HBPA track office to provide their name, phone

number and AGCO license. Trainers only need to enter once to be eligible to win.

Entries will be carried forward to next month’s draw.

DRAW FOR LONGRUN LADIES’ LUNCHEON TICKETS

The HBPA is sponsored the LongRun Ladies’ Luncheon on Saturday June 20th

. Five

pairs of tickets will be drawn, so each winner can bring a guest. The draw will take

place on the morning of Wednesday June 17th. To enter, please contact Corinne at

HBPA/MARK’S DISCOUNT WEEK

Mark’s will be hosting a special 25% off shopping event for HBPA members from

Sunday, June 21 through Saturday, June 27. To help backstretch workers take

advantage of this event, the HBPA will be giving away 20 gift cards valued at $25 each

to use toward purchases during the sale.

Beginning Thursday, June 11, current AGCO licensed Trainers, Assistant Trainers,

Grooms, Exercise Riders, and Hotwalkers may contact their HBPA track office to

enter the draw. Winners will be selected on Friday, June 19.

Please remember to present your HBPA/Mark’s 10% Discount Card when making

your purchases. Demonstrating strong participation helps us secure similar special

event weeks in the future. If you do not yet have a 10% Discount Card, please stop by

and see Corinne or Lorrie to pick one up.
