SHEDROW OF THE MONTH WINNERS FOR WOODBINE AND FORT ERIE

The HBPA, along with Woodbine Entertainment and Fort Erie Racetrack, are pleased to

announce Rachel Halden, Claudia Rabstein and their teams as the July winners for Shedrow

of the Month.

As this month’s winners the HBPA, along with Woodbine and Fort Erie will be providing Rachel

and Claudia with a cheque, their teams will received breakfast, and they will have pride of

place with the Shedrow of the Month sign displayed outside their barns. Congratulations

Rachel and Claudia!

HBPA MONTHLY TACK SHOP DRAW WINNERS FOR JUNE AND JULY

Congratulations to Trainer’s Harold Ladouceur and John Mattine for winning June’s Tack shop

draw; and Michael Blake, Jr. and Paula Loescher for winning July’s draw. Each trainer won a

$500 gift card to be used at a tack shop of their choice.

For those Trainers who have already entered, your information will be carried forward to next

months draw. For those Trainers who have still not entered, you must contact your HBPA

track office and provide them with your name, number and AGCO license.

REMINDER TO EXERCISE RIDERS

Exercise riders are reminded that when a double siren sounds, they must vacate the track

safely and immediately.

JAKE HOWARD CENTER

Please be advised that the Jake Howard Centre, located on the Woodbine backstretch, will

now be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Please note that donations are no longer being accepted at this time. If you have any

BACKSTRETCH ICE CREAM DAY

Its that time of year again! The HBPA board has approved the return of Ice Cream Day for the

Woodbine and Fort Erie backstretch workers.

Trainers, Assistant Trainers, Exercise Riders, Grooms and Hotwalkers will be eligible to visit

the Ice Cream truck at their respective tracks for a free ice cream compliments of the HBPA.
