LAND DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC MEETINGS

The City of Toronto is holding two information sessions regarding the Woodbine

Secondary Plan Study and Phases 1 and 2 of the associated Transportation Master Plan

for the Woodbine GO Station and Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC).

The Woodbine Secondary Plan Study is being undertaken to develop a vision and

comprehensive planning framework for the study area. The framework will form the

foundation for the Woodbine Secondary Plan, Urban Design Guidelines, Transportation

Master Plan (TMP), Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) and other planning tools to be

developed by City staff in cooperation with the landowner, Woodbine Entertainment

Group.

We encourage our members to attend the upcoming scheduled events.

Meeting 1: In-Person Open House

Date: Thursday March 5

Time: 5:00pm – 8:00pm

Location: Humberwood Community Centre, 850 Humberwood Boulevard

(Between Morning Star Drive and Humberline Dr)

Meeting 2: Virtual Town Hall

Date: Monday March 9

Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm
