MONTHLY DRAW FOR TRAINERS – JULY WINNER

Last week the HBPA drew the winner for the 2 x $500 gift card to be used at

a tack shop of their choice. Congratulations to trainer’s Zeljko Krcmar and

Norm Tomlinson on being July’s winner.

For those Trainers who have already entered, your information will be

carried forward to next months draw. For those Trainers who have still not

entered, you must contact your HBPA track office and provide them with

your name, number and AGCO license.

BACKSTRETCH ICE CREAM DAY

Its that time of year again! The HBPA board has approved the return of Ice

Cream Day for the Woodbine and Fort Erie backstretch workers.

Trainers, Assistant Trainers, Exercise Riders, Grooms and Hotwalkers will be

eligible to visit the Ice Cream truck at their respective tracks for a free ice

cream compliments of the HBPA.

Wed July 30th

9:00am to 12:00pm

Fort Erie

Thurs July 31st

9:30am to 11:00am

FORT ERIE BACKSTRETCH WORKERS – RAM RODEO

The HBPA has approved the reimbursement of tickets purchased to those

attending the Stevensville Ram Rodeo. This year’s event will be held Friday

August 1st through to Monday August 4th

To be eligible for ticket reimbursement AGCO licensed Trainers, Assistant

Trainers, Exercise Riders, Grooms and Hotwalkers are asked to provide the

HBPA by email general@hbpa.on.ca with the following documents:

1. 2. Copy of current AGCO license

Cope of RAM Rodeo Tickets

3. Copy of transaction receipt

Once all the above are received the HBPA will issue a cheque, reimbursing

payment for attending the event.
